In order for your permits to be issued, we must receive, ON LETTERHEAD, a complete list of all employees.
From each employee that requests a Parking License, we must receive the following:
1. Application – completed and signed by both Employer and Employee
2. Photocopy of valid vehicle registration
3. Check for $300.00 per application payable to the “Inc. Village of Garden City”
