Administrator & Treasurer:
Garden City's chief administrative officer fills a dual role, that of Village Administrator and Treasurer. Directly responsible to the Mayor and the Board of Trustees, he coordinates the activities of the Village Departments to assure the effective delivery of municipal services. Duties of the office include providing the Board with essential information policies designed to maintain and enhance the efficiency of Village operations. As chief financial officer, the chief administrative officer keeps the Board appraised of the Village budget and its implementation after adoption by the Board. |
